Waqas Sajjad is a researcher and academic working on a variety of issues related to areas of religion, politics, and socal development in South Asia specifically. He obtained a PhD from the Graduate Theological Union (Berkeley, California) in 2018, with his doctoral dissertation focused on religious polemics and institutions in Pakistan. He is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Liberal Arts at Beaconhouse National University (Lahore, Pakistan), and has had research published in renowned academic journals.
With Verso Consulting, Waqas has worked on a range of research projects including those related to Afghanistan-Pakistan relations, political economy, health, and education.

Arshad Khurshid is one of Pakistan’s leading survey experts, having worked with premier research institutions such as Sustainable Development Policy Institute (SDPI) and Innovative Development Strategies (IDS). He has also provided consulting services to the World Bank and other international organizations. A self-taught expert in survey design and management, he has led data management of country-wide survey studies, including the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) surveys. With a deep understanding and expansive work experience of Computer Assisted Personal Interviews, Arshad is proficient in advanced technical data entry and analytical softwares like CSPro and analysis tools such as STATA and SPSS.

Shaqaib Arsalan Lilla is a lawyer with a keen interest and specialization in human rights issues and international law. Apart from his law practice, he has worked closely with various human rights organizations and campaigns in Pakistan. Additionally, he is also teaching courses on subjects such as human rights and international law at various notable law schools in Islamabad. He has been engaged with Verso Consulting since its inception, and has been a key contributor to the organization of a number of projects.

Khan Bahadur has over 20 years of work experience in designing and managing MIS and other digital solutions for a range of clients. He has spent the last 14 years working with various development sector organizations such as UN, DAI and others. He has experience in managing large multidisciplinary teams to develop impactful M&E systems and innovative proptech solutions. His proficiency in data governance and OCR development further underscores his capability to drive technological advancements and operational efficiency within multi-sector development programmes.
